About Us
The Spiritual Imperative
We are living in a time of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. While we’ve always needed spiritual guidance, we need it now more than ever to meet our challenges with courage, to mitigate suffering, and to create a thriving, sustainable future.
The Promise of Faith and Spirituality
The academic fields associated with organizational studies can help us meet this challenges; however, I believe, as Einstein said, “The significant problems we have cannot be solved at the same level of thinking with which we created them.” Similarly, our religious traditions have not been up to the task. Usually, the daily personal, relational, and social challenges that people routinely face at work have not been adequately addressed.
What we now need is an integration of faith and work that takes both spiritual wisdom and organizational research seriously. Though drawing on all of our resources, people and organizations can find wholeness and develop ways that we, individually, corporately, and globally, can live into our fullest potential.
Our Clients
Our clients are people of faith and spiritual seekers who desire greater wholeness and meaning. This desire motivates them to deepen their relationship with the Divine and pursue service that contributes to the common good.
Our clients are also faith-based, faith-friendly, and spiritually-inclined businesses and organizations that strive for performance excellence as they seek to serve the well-being of their staff members and their external stakeholders.
