Perspectives

The complexity and challenges of contemporary life makes spirituality and faith more important for working people.

Given the amount of time we spend at work and the centrality of work’s role in creating meaning for our lives, integrating our foundational beliefs and inward experience into our work lives becomes essential.

The perspectives I share here address how purpose, spirituality, and faith can be more consciously integrated into work, organizations, and leadership.

Some articles are based on spiritual readings and are more reflective in nature. Others are informational and integrate findings from research. The rest discuss ways to meet our spiritual needs by integrating spirituality into our life and work.

Whether you’re looking for a new perspective, seeking inspiration, or just need a break, I hope these articles will speak to your needs. Don’t hesitate to be in touch to ask me questions, make comments, or share your inspirations with me.
